Malavika has been teaching for the last 28 years at various post graduate institutes like the Indian Institute of Managements at Bangalore, Nagpur, Lucknow, and Vishakhapatnam, TA Pai Management Institute, Manipal, Commits Bangalore, Xavier Institute of Management and Entrepreneurship, Bangalore and SP Jain Global, Dubai, Singapore and Mumbai.
Malavika has a Bachelor’s degree in Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics and a Post Graduate Diploma in Management with a specialization in Marketing and Finance from the Indian Institute of Management, Bangalore. She is a Gurukul Chevening scholar and attended a special program on Globalization at the London School of Economics under Lord Meghnad Desai.
She has also has a Postgraduate Diploma in Digital Business from Columbia and MIT Sloan, a Diploma in Digital Marketing from Columbia and a Certificate in Business Analytics from Wharton. She attended programs in Teaching Methodologies from IIM Bangalore and Corporate Directorship from the Institute of Directors.
Malavika teaches a wide variety of Post Graduate courses in Marketing and Communication including Brand Management, Brand and Marketing Communication, Digital Marketing, Global Retail Strategy, Integrated Marketing Communication, Managerial Communication, Marketing Management, Omnichannel Consumer Behaviour, Sales and Distribution Management and Strategic Management.
