Malavika is Resident Mentor at the NSRCEL of IIMB where she is actively involved in mentoring start-ups in the profit and non-profit sectors. She has also mentored start-ups at various other incubators including Kerala Start Up Mission, T-Hub, Gopalakrishna-Deshpande Foundation at IIT Madras, IIM Field Vishakapatnam, IIM Lucknow Incubation Centre, Founders Institute, Hissar University and the Karnataka Government.

Her Smarter Entrepreneurship Workshop and Lecture Series for profit and non-profit organisations has evolved into a formal, modular program, including webinars, live workshops, group mentoring and one on one sessions. These are conducted online, offline and in a blended format.

The program helps them to Architect, Build, Deliver and Amplify their business stories by providing easy to use, tried and tested frameworks and tools, which can be applied to real-life business situations by any entrepreneur regardless of stage of evolution, education, experience, or language.
